Permitted use
You may use the service to create, back up, and export your own resume. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is truthful, lawful, and used with appropriate rights.
Limits of the results
Templates, examples, keyword scores, and AI writing suggestions do not guarantee employment. AI may miss context or produce inaccurate wording. Review all facts and content before accepting, exporting, or sharing a resume.
Prohibited conduct
Do not abuse the sharing service, distribute unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or membership and AI limits, or use the service for fraud, harassment, or harm.
Enforcement and appeals
If activity appears to violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or third-party rights, we may request correction, limit AI or sharing, remove content, suspend service or an account, or terminate an account. We may act immediately where illegal conduct, fraud, security risk, or continuing harm is apparent and may preserve records or cooperate with authorities when legally required.
To appeal a decision, email support@resumeplot.com with your account, relevant content, and reasons. We will review the request within a reasonable period and restore recoverable access or content if the action was mistaken.
Pricing and Pro plans
Core features are free. Monthly, quarterly, and annual Pro plans renew for the selected period until canceled. Benefits remain active through the current billing period after cancellation. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for payment, applicable taxes, and receipts. Checkout controls the final price, term, and tax amount.
AI uses and tokens
Each successful returned set of AI suggestions counts as one use. Server records prefer token usage returned by the model provider and mark fallback calculations as estimates. Failed requests do not count as successful uses. Abnormal automated activity may be limited.
Payment and support
Membership activation depends on the payment provider’s signed notification. For order, payment, refund, or membership-sync issues, email support@resumeplot.com.
